Hi All , we have a Flavia Creation 400 unit which when you fill with water it says ..please wait heating water .... but goes no further ... we have successfully removed the side panels etc ( without damaging them ) and tested the pumps with a low voltage power supply and they all seem to work Ok ... The tank and tubes appear to be very clean .... We did still undertake an antiscale just in case but still no go .
Does anyone have the knowledge and experience to talk me through a checklist to verify what the problem could be ? Is it possible to obtain a service manual from anyone to help resolve the issue

Should be an overtempt reset somewhere, and 240v on the element I would guess.
