shopper 1 fridge problem

I still operate 2 of these old shopper 1 machines.

a few times over the past couple of weeks I've got to one of them and it has had health control errors, usually failing around 7-8 degrees when it needs to be 5 degrees.

It does get cold enough after I close the door though, the temperature falls quickly to 5 degrees and I leave but then the next day it has failed, usually a few hours after I left.

The canteen where it is located has got a bit warmer now the weather is changing but it should be able to cope.

Ideas anyone ?

I was offered one of these apparently like new for just £150 recently I should've taken it.

Could be door stuck open or not shutting properly

Also worth checking compressor fan is working properly as this would allow machine to work.for short time until compressor overhears maybe after hour or so

I'll check that tomorrow, I was gonna take the fridge unit out and give a check over and a clean anyway.

The blower motor wasn't running, it had power going to it and it was getting extremely hot, too hot to touch but it wasn't turning. Not sure what that part actually does though it's in a strange position next to the cash box.

That's prob compressor fan , that's why it keepa cutting out. Will work but compressor overheats so keeps failing.

Cost about 20 quid to purchase and easy to change.
