Vendo 096 - Upgrade for 330ml cans?

Good Afternoon,

We recently had all of our Coin Mechanisms updated for the new £1 Coins.
As this older Vendo 096 way laying around, we had the mech on this on upgraded at the same time.

We are keen to use this machine again. It used to vend short/wide Ribena and Lucozade Bottles, there doesn't seem to be any bottles of this shape/size on the market.

Is it possible to upgrade this machine, or to change the dispenser channels so that they would accept 330ML coke cans?

Yes you can, and there more reliable on cans. Change cams and i think change pulses on menu possibly? Been a while

They will take other bottles without anybchanges if tgere similar height and width.

Or just move back plate for taller bottles

Hi you mention moving back the plate to suit cans, the problem i see is how do you reach in to the confined space to reposition the back plate.

with your hand, expect some rubs on arms though. That's the easy part

its changing column depth selection in program that's the hard bit

I am having problems getting into programming mode, beginning to think its the control board at fault, does anyone repair them or deal with used parts. The cost of a new board would make the project uneconomical.

Still no luck with the Vendo programming circuit board. Does anyone in the U.K. break these machines for spares, there are a couple of other parts I am looking for.

I was told recently that Coca Cola hire out vending machines for around £26 per month is that correct?

if you are talking can machine most vending companies will charge around that plus vat
