Azkoyen Palma only vends after 3 or 4 attempts

I have an Azoyken Palma drink machine with a strange problem. After inserting coins, when making a selection it just makes a 1-beep sound, won't vend, and the credit remains in place.
It will only vend after 2, 3, or 4 attempts, and it does this on all selections.
To be exact, it accepts credit, you press selection button and you get a beep but no vend, press selection a 2nd time and again a beep but no vend, and so on until after the 3rd or 4th attempt it will actually vend.
Anyone any idea's where to start?

I run several of these and never had that so no idea, Matt may know. I will guess at board fault but it is a guess

Thanks guys, I'm thinking it may be a board problem too.
When you say re-initialize, is that when you get 'Ini' on the display? Or is it deeper than that?
I've done that several times and makes no difference. Today I was at the location again, emptied all the channels, re-homed etc.
When you power up the machine the 1st channel goes straight to sold-out before you even touch anything. I've swapped sold-out switches, pulled the connectors apart where all the sold out wires go to, all clean and nothing to see, and no difference.
It shows an A-02 error all the time.
Is there a battery cell on the board that I can remove to reset the board? I only thought about that after I'd left the location...

a02 means error with motor number 2 , is it doing all selections? disconnect motor number 2 and then see if still doing it. If it is then its board, reinitialisation is as you say . If it still doesnt work boards gone.

Motor 2 works, motor 1 is the one that shows sold out all the time and won't work.
All the other selections are working but all require 3 or 4 button pushes/beeps before they will vend.
I haven't tried disconnecting individual motors yet, will do that next time.
If I can't get anywhere I think I'll reset the RAM.

initialise is same as ram reset. I can sell you a nice diesis machine cheap if you need to change.

When 'Ini' appears on display do you then have to press D to start initializing?
I didn't do that, thought it was doing it automatically.
All the channel parameters are good if that's what you mean...
I won't be back there till next week so I can't send a pic either!
I'm also in Belgium, so can't buy anything off you
