Dixie narco can to bottle adjustment

I have just bought a second hand Dixie narco 260e , I want to vend only 500ml bottles from it but they only vend correctly from two of the columns the other columns only vend a bottle every second vend . I believe the other columns are set to vend cans as someone told me there is an adjustable cam on each motor which can be adjusted for either cans or bottles , does anyone know how to adjust it as I don't want to mess anything up.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
