Hi guys, I have an F2 and on the 45mm bouncy ball side, the plastic rod with the agitator springs has snapped off. It seems that the balls clogged, and when you force the handle round, eventually it snaps.
Is this quite common? When I bought the machine it was already snapped so I bought the spare part, but it has snapped again! I'm wondering what could be done to avoid the clogs. It seems the latest balls I've used are slightly bigger than the last lot, could that be the problem? They vended ok when I put a few through before I put it on site.
Any ideas would be much appreciated as it will be too expensive to operate if I keep havign to but new parts
Thanks in advance, Mark.

Re: Agitator snapping off on F2.... any ideas?
Hi guys, I think I've found the problem........ firstly, one of the 3 stiff springs had become loose and slid along a bit, so when turning it had the resistance of 2 springs together (rather than one), which meant it had more resistance than usual.
Also, I've reinfoced it with a longer pin when I replaced the wheel so hopefully it wont happen again!
Many thanks, Mark

Thanks Andy, hopefully it was a one off - the extended "pin" was only about £4 so I think I'll "upgrade" the others when I get a chance as it would be a pain to swap over the wheel on site as you would need to empty the stock.
Cheers, Mark.

With bouncy balls I don't insist on having an agitator, especially if you have a divider in the machine. I would not bother to replace.
