Re: Few pictures
Can't POSSIBLY see the point in asking to see the machinery in production unless you didn't believe Glenn. How more sexy does it look if it has sweets coming out of it ???

You know how it is!
Competitors STILL doubting Glen even after the pictures.
They are probably telling operators that if he dosent put a video up with machine doing the sweetfix tubs that he probabaly just visited someone with pictured machinery and it dosent even belong to him!
You have to put yourself into the shoes of some very Small minded individuals, if you catch my drift!!

Re: Few pictures
FFS what do people want our blood on those machines with us next to them!!!
How on earth does anyone think we are able to get all our orders out without automated machines. Does anyone know how long it actually takes to side label and top label pots.
Ignorance is bliss I guess.
Cheers
Jonny

Re: Few pictures
I was one that asked for a video and I appologise if it's caused any confusion or mistrust!
I love taking things apart to see how they work and I watch How it's made on Discovery which shows this kind of thing in action.
A video is not a necessity.
Sorry

Re: Few pictures
Hi Daz,
That wasn't aimed at you. I am also the worlds biggest fan of quest's best series how stuff is made. It was directed at people doubting we still have machinery and the fact that we have clearly done enough to prove we do.
When we get some time I will try to film everything in full automation though we are still waiting for a conveyor to join from the filling machine to the labelling line to make it a continous proccess at the moment some poor person has to take pots from one conveyor and put it on another conveyor!!
Also if anyone sees any of the following equipment on there travels we are looking for -
an - automatic box taping machine
- Box packing machine which is the robot arm which fills boxes
Cheers
