Second hand goods don't have the same protection as new ones. it's a real minefield.

The legal position may be that the new owner should have the machine fully checked before installation. If this is the case, then nailing him is doubtful.

As i said mate put it down to a learning curve we all make mistakes when starting a new job... just like starting a new business. :cry2:

lol i think i may of had a accounter with this lloyd is he on ebay i once sent him a message just asking a few questions about 2 x can vendors he then replied to the message call me asap with his number! i had only asked him what condition thay were in and if i was to buy warrently ect so i called he then had my number he was constantly ringing me 7 to 8 times a day asking me to put the funds in his bank asap i had not even said i wanted them truthly become a bit off putting as each time he rang me his story and delivery time kept changing glad i decided to stay away at the end

Yeah resolved ok! he took my money and didn't deliver the goods steer well clear he's one of many crooks out there, lesson learned don't pay upfront until you can see the goods.Best of luck.

domonic littlewood all cowboys run a mile when they see him and the camera crew but he used to be a crook
