Hi Kris. you should stock Sandral products, much nicer than Salysol. I never buy Salysol products now

Hi Noel,

Sorry have not been on here since last week... I have forwarded on your concerns and have been told that the stock that was sent to you had a min of 12 months self life on them.

If this is not the case can you call either Simon or your account manager and let them have the batch numbers of the products so we can double check that sell by dates that was matching those batch numbers.

As i dont deal with your account the best thing i can suggest is to call you account manager and talk with him regarding this.

Cheers!!!

No I don't have an account manager. And you work there. So ask someone and put the results on here for all to see. I can just guess what happened. You guys packed too much stock and it didn't sell due to the amount of people who jumped ship to Glenn and Jonny. So it sat there and never sold so when the Paddy rang for a pallet you shipped it to him. I know Simon looks on here but he's strangely quiet on this one.

Hi Noel,

Jon Bailey is your account manager... he will be happy to deal with the current issue you have in regards to the stock that you received.

Noel the beginning of this year has been the busiest I have ever experienced since working for tubz vending. We are selling between 4 and 6 thousand boxes and usually between 250 and 500 towers in business bundles each month, which I believe is by far the most in the industry this together with over 900 sites that we operate ourselves. With our price promise in place which ensures to our customers they will ALWAYS get the best prices with us we have only seen an increase in sales this year. We receive stock orders daily and production has been running double shifts to keep up with the demand for the last 3 months.

In nearly all cases confectionary products we supply will have between 10 and 24 months shelf life which as the majority of our customers order on a monthly basis should be more than enough. Stock is sitting in our Warehouse no longer than 1 month for all lines. In some cases the Minstrels and Fruit pastels come to us with only 8 months shelf life and this will be the same for all suppliers as we buy direct from the manufacture but as we receive those in on a weekly basis and they are extremely popular products I’m sure our customers will sell them within that time frame.

If our customers want their customer managers to check the dates on stock before they place their order then they are more than welcome.

Noel,

I think that you are far better speaking directly with tubz vending, (better face to face). Rather than asking them to post answers to your queries here. From my experience of dealing with tubz vending you would get a far better resolution. Post a summary here maybe.

That may be true Pete but they posted on here a couple of months ago that there products all had at least 18 months on and now Kris is saying different...on here... so I would like to see their explanation on here. I've done the phone calls with tubz vending many tmes and it's too long winded and too much BS and no answers. If they fob me off with old stock then they should take the flack. I spent 2300 on that pallet and will probably end up with some of it going out of date.

Kris that's a lot of company facts and figures , yet you still can't give me an explanation. If Jon isn't on here then get him to log in or get an explanation off him.

Kind Regards

Noel

Kris

With figures like that outside peak season how are u going to cope in July when orders triple? New premises as current site isn't the biggest.
