I am pretty sure they are running out of legal options I think it is a last stop european appeal court. should be interesting. It does suprise me that the tobacco company has not done a behind the scenes deal with ministers. I wonder if they are paying as much UK tax as they could be!!!!

My mistake they can appeal to go to the supreme court, then after that they can appeal to the European courts. After that it will probably be 2030 and everyone will have stopped smoking by then in the western world anyway!!
