Re: Unprofessional tubz vending Operator.
Personally, we do have a policy about not siting next to another machine. If we find a site for a customer and theres already a machine there, we ask them to remove the our machine and we send them another site FOC.
We want maximum sales from each machine so no point it going next to another one and sharing sales.

Why do you ask??Vendition Ltd wrote:Who cares if someone is saying they work for nestle if it's getting is sites then so be it. Jimmy does your machine at this site still have the snack a scam labels on it?
if I put a site on site commission the obviously the charity label comes off, and replaced with a Snack a Can label don't you know that??
I do know of some people who do not do this and leave the charity label on and pocket the commission which should be going to charity.

this happened yesterday in one of my sites, a Charity commission site in Perth.
as I said before I turned all the Pubs in my round into Site commission a couple of months ago - except this one - the landlord was offered but he refused because they want the commission to go to CHAS (Childrens Hospice Appeal Scotland). They do a lot for CHAS in this pub so,
He received a phone call yesterday from someone claiming to be from Nestle who told him Nestle were getting involved in Tower Vending and to get rid of the Snack A Can Machine which only gives 5% to Charity- Take ours and we'll give you 20% Commission which you can give to charity or keep it yourself.
I know for a fact Nestle are NOT getting involved in Tower Vending, so who is this claiming to be Nestle, any offers?? are they here?? will you say anything??
The Publican has told me that he is keeping my machine and thats that.
No matter what you say Business is Business etc. This is very nasty if they are doing it here they will do it to all of you, it's misrepresentation it's not good business ethics. I believe I'm good at what I do, if I wasn't I'd go and do something else, landscape gardening or whatever, I am a very good networker, I have a good relationship with all my sites both charity and site commission sites, but no matter how bad things get I wouldn't stoop this low.
Comments welcome.

Misrepresentation as Nestle.
so if I'm a Snack A Can Operator and it's my site and the site is happy with the service I have provided for the past two years and has told me that my machine is staying. Hurleys have said it wasn't them who called, and I, (we all) believe Paul, (who I have personally spoken to a number of times on the phone and seems quite an honest guy), and I may deal with in the future.
who was it who phoned? am I asking the obvious? will they comment?? will they deny it?? at least come and defend themselves, this does nothing to proove what kind of desperate tactics these people will employ..

the above quote says it all, you need a reality check bigtime!
It is NOT your site , its the owners
It is also fair game for any other operator!
If the site owner wants another tower from a different supplier then you have to respect his decision.
I dont know if Snack A Can have deluded you here, but the reality is you either go with it or take your tower out and move on!
I have never known an individual to make such a big fussl over one shared site.
You should be asking yourself if you have the right temprement for this Business??

Re: Unprofessional tubz vending Operator.
100 % correct - as you have experienced Nige, I also share sites - **** happens - how do I react ? Just offer different machines or redouble efforts to find new sites - time to move on......
