Noel
I accused Jimmy of making conflicting posts (see above) and I 100% stand by it because I am only quoting directly from what he posted.
It looks like this chap has totally got himself contorted and twisted with frustration as he cannot get his story straight about what really happened and the heat has got too much for him and he has bailed from the forum.

Good riddence I say, he never made any posts that really helped anyone anyway and I really hope he comes back and proves me wrong, but I doubt it???

No I doubt it either, hes said hes leaving 3 times and then comes back because he had a competitor in one of his sites and didnt like it. Maye trying to use the forum to his advantage but again it has backfired.

Sorry Dave my bad, I thought jimmy was referring to what you posted the other day:-

"like it or lump it i would defo pout one of my machines in a pub right next to yours if i were still doing it,its the landlords choice and i would be giving him 20% instead of the silly amount or 5%"

P.s give me a bell about pill machines pls mate, tiddlers are on my case about it. Cheers.

Aaaaaaand here is the next one. Up to Matt what you want to do.

I have now got an answer from my lawyer,
If you do not remove that posting I will take action against the SITE owner of the forum as they are ultimately responsible.

This Jimmy saga just gets better and better!
Legal action against the forum, eh!
That won't be cheap!
Im sure its just small change for Jimmy though as I remember him saying how well the Snack A Can
franchise was working for him.

Watch out Matt, Jimmy probably has a top legal team from London just waiting in the wings to take this forum down permanantly!

Jimmy,

I suggest you look at the terms & conditions that you agreed to when you joined and also when sending an email to someone unsolicited then why can they not post it? if you dont want your details to go out then dont send them to people, simple as that.

Jimmy,

My address for solicitors is 35 lammas close, solihull, west mids, B92 8pa.
