I've gone down the makes-your-own-spreadsheet route.
Already had an account program, Just wanted to monitor stock/cash/profit of each machine :)

Yes,

We developed a full-blown system a few years ago which will manage from a user level and / or group level and raise commission statements as well as collect commission from your operators, say if you were a Vending Revolution or tubz vending set-up via Worldpay using a debit card to settle generated invoices. It has functionality to offers differing commissions at product level to different clients be they independent, local group or national. It is the intention to take this web based / cloud in about a year but is available now as a PC based app with manual input.

It's very complex and uses mySQL, if interested PM me and we can work out something.
