Re: average sales
rick key is to have them all mate - you do 3 or 4 machines same location walk away with couple hundred quid and lower fuel expense having to go from site to site.
my brother glenn made a good point - it's useful to have a key site in each route you visit - that acts as your hub. You then build other sites around that hub so it makes the journey worth it. So say have 1 site like a leisure centre with few machines in and 8 other sites with just towers (if thats all they'll take) within a square mile. Even if other smaller pub sites doing 8 sales a week, the main hub site taking few hundred quid makes the route work.

Re: average sales
im saying that when you get 200 mcs plus you have to spread out your area a bit more as there are only so many good sites in one area and once they are all taken up you are left with sites that are only average or crap and so thats what pulls your averages dwn.Rossi fan wrote:Hi Richard,sadler2886 wrote:when you get up to 200 mcs a more realistic avg is 7-8 sales per week
Are you saying the more machines you have in one area, the lower the averages.
Thanks,
Paul

ye gavins right go with both but personally aim for more sweet towers than pringles, reason is its not a prob getting sweets at a reasonable price all the time, whereas pringles can be a nightmare waiting for offers to come on when your running out.

Hi Gavin,
That may work well in your area, but up here, money is getting really tight and I have found that introducing other machines alongside towers can in some cases reduce tower sales and you end up with the same take. Rick is in Halifax, so may have similar scenario.
Thanks,
Paul

Paul whilst I operate during the tourist season - midlands area has seen massive redundancies, leading to fewer holidaymakers and outside that season the two local areas to me are amongst the most deprived areas of England. We do experience the downturns down here mate - but maybe with a buffer of a reasonable summer season.
