Is it better to sell machines sited, or pull them all in and flog 'em on the likes of Ebay
Some machines are selling less than 10 a week, a few over 20, most somewhere in between.
The good ones are scattered - so if I kept them on site, it wouldn't really make for an economical round.

Re: Selling Machines
Hi mate,
I presume that you are talking about towers. I really wish that my lowest performers were 10 a week. I would try and sell them sited as you have the projected income to use as a selling point. If your lowest is 10 per week though, I would keep them and get some more.
How many do you have sited and where are you based.
Thanks,
Paul

Re: Selling Machines
So mean average of £15 a week there abouts? As Paul says sell them sited, £150/£200 a site would be fair plus stock. You may get more if you market correctly

Re: Selling Machines
At £200 + stock per sited machine, I would consider selling my round.
Realistically, I think you need to look at historic takings per site. If a site is less than 3 months old, its difficult to evaluate, due to the honeymoon period. If a tower is constantly doing more than 100 sales a month, this is worth much more, but its what someone is willing to pay.
When you begin a franchise package, they often state that you should get your money back in 6 months, so if you have good, stable site that is earning you £50 a month profit, you would think that its got to be worth £600, but back in the real world, you would need a miracle to get that, because all sites are easily lost and this affects the value.
