This does seem a little sneaky?
They say you have to sign an agreement for them to site find, yet they have found you five sites already WITHOUT a signed agreement in place.
The question you need to ask them is what are YOU going to gain by signning THIER agreement.
Personally, I would just carry on with there stock and site finding without putting your name to any document.
If they are not happy with this, get your stock from another supplier!
Im 90% certain that Hurleys do not make you sign an agreement for site finding?
Also speaak to Ade for advice, he has been thru the mill with tubz vending, so he would be a better bet than most on here!

HI Chris. If we are site finding for you, we would ask you use our products. We believe this is only of a benefit to you as the products and prices are so good. Theres no contrac to sign, we believe once you start with us youll be happy enough to stay. If we mess up and youre not happy, we lose you. The onus is on us to keep you happy. We dont do it by dropping and dropping prices as competitors who "will always beat" others prices do, no matter how silly it gets. But, there is a level below which prices are unsustainable and we wont slide down that slope. Thanks, Paul.

Honest and upfront .......I like your change of plan ....And before anyone says anything, I use tubz vending....and haven't spoken to Paul or Hurrleys in 6 months.
