Tower issue

Post by Rossi fan »

I have a tower where the mech mysteriously is being ejected when it is being turned. Its happened twice now. I am certain the it is securely locked and I have vended it on site and not had this occur. It does collect coins at the side of the mech, but this is on the opposite side to the retaining clip and spring.

I would be grateful for any ideas, before I swap it over.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Glen,
How would this result in the retaining clip being undone.

Thanks,

Paul

ive had a couple of machines whereby if the drum isnt tight enough with a bit of rattling the spring pops out. ALso check the tension on the spring which holds the clip. sometimes they pop up on their own.
