bulks and flipper machines

Post by choice vending »

Had an intresting conversation with Nick at toyvend the other day regarding how many sweets to put in a bulk machine. They did an experiment were they filled the machine to the top. they reckoned they had a 15% increase in sales because of this!!

I dont generaly do this for cashflow reasons and more importantly to keep the product fresher but it has given me food for thought. Any imput folks?

Im going to buy a flipper machine a very good site of mine is gagging for one. Not sure if to set it up to vend 32mm bounce balls on a 50p vend or 27mm balls on a 20p vend. Has anyone got any advice of the subject for me???

Ohh anyone got a flipper machine bluddy 350 quid + vat form toyvend

When I first started vending I read a similar story on North Western's website that said pretty much the same thing. A full machine attracts more customers.

Flippers gr8 in right site - make sure not too close to staff as kids will clatter away on the buttons. Can get on their ****. I'd set it on 50p with 32mm.

if you arrange collection ive got a fairly decent FIAm flipper machine you can have for a hundred or we can meet next time i go to hancocks bristol. You will need to buy a new toplock set from toyvend as I had to force the lock as someone stuffed something down it. The other locks I will probably have a spare key.

NEVER run flipper machines on 20p, irrelevant of the size of the ball. Kids play the machine for the game not the ball. We even run a few of ours on a £1, no decrease of sales whatsoever.
