There seems to be an explosion of these, I can name 6. Promise dreams, Sweet wishes, NSPCC, Macmillan, Sweet appeal and Sweets for life. This is what I have seen competing with my towers, are there any more out there that any one knows about? Its not good when they are also selling the same lines as well.
Regards
Lee.

You are right, they are thorn in the side of towers.
I can add to your list, how about
Snack appeal , East Anglian Childrens Hospice, Barnados, Marie Curie. Great Ormond street Hospital
I would say there is AT LEAST a dozen more nationally

Re: How many charity sweet boxes are out there?
Ive have done the same Ade. i had a car sales place and the charity box halfed my sales we gave him the ultimatum and the box went. The site had low averages before the box came in so it was imperitive we delt with it either way. I have since taken towers out of some offices because of diluted charity box sales. Obviously a busy pub is different because averages are still good.Ade wrote:i get them kicked out of my sites

Now my charity box girls target MY pub tower sites with the hope our charity box will be the only one allowed in the pub. At least then all the sweet sales come to me.
