Lottery ticket machines

I have seen a lot of these lottery card machines about aspecially in social clubs.

A few questions.

Does anyone on forum have these machines.
How much are they
Do you need a licence to sell them
Where can I buy machines/lottery cards from.

Any help with these questions would be a great help.
I have got a few pubs that are interested in them.

They are in the clubs where I have sites too I thought that they were run by the clubs for their profit. All the machines I see appear ancient

Ive got one in the lockup similar to a poker machine or roulette but its actually a lottery machine. Damn good IMO if i could get it working.
