Blue Pills

A mate of mine runs his own taxi firm.
He wants to sell Blue pills to punters at night through his 6 taxi's.

I just wanted to know.
(1) how much does each one cost to buy.
(2)where can I buy them from.(want 100 to start with to see how they sell).
(3) Are there any legality problems with selling pills from a taxi.
