Machine keeps jamming

I have a machine which keeps jamming every 9th or 10th vend, is it the black ring and the bottom on the plastic segments which I need to replace or has the metal drum had it?

Hi Ross,
It is more likely to be worn down dimples on the tub. If not, can you let me know what is happening. E.g Is the tub not dropping at all, or is it trapping the one above.

Firstly, clean the dimple ring of all debris, both on the tub and in the ring. Then try again. If that does not work.

Try turning the product column backwards around 2mm and holding it there whilst you vend it. Then try moving it forward 2mm If it then vends ok in any of these positions, you can cut a small section off the side of the left hand side of the tub, where the product drops. This allows the barrel to get underneath the next pot and can sort out and worn dimple and lifting problems. Another possibility is if the barrel has dropped. For this you need to see if there is any up play in the mech. If so, lift it up as far as it will go and try vending. If it vends ok, then you have to lift the barrel by raising the mech. Gavin has a good fix for this problem and has posted it on here. This is not an exact science, but I have made problem towers work well before by trying different things.
