Spoke to machine manager today (who's name is actually Craig) via email although he was not very helpful he at least he had the kindness to reply basically saying tough, and didn't make any comment regarding my thought on Perform! Rather annoyingly he also said that any leased pubs will also fall under his control, not sure how many leased Spirit Pubs there are but as far as I know I don,t have any.....

about 400 leased spirit pubs apparently, 800 total

If its anything like the fruit machine ind I suspect he gets a nice back hander! On the plus side he did say to keep in touch as he would consider options when the perform deal runs out in two years.....
