PLI _ Public Liability Insurance

Hi,

I am just starting out got a couple of machines and sites ready to go but that to get the right PLI first.

I have just the standard Beaver style 20p per vend machines at the moment.

What PLI do you use and recommend and what is a cost effective option and are there any other legal matters I should be aware of.

Hi Steve I called heartland and they said they don't have any insurers that will cover me for the type of business I have , which is exactly the same as yours , so I would just double check your cover is what it should be ! , I think the rides were their main concern.

Checked my policy and everything covered. Speak to Justin at Heartland, say you want the same policy as me!

Thanks Steve but I've allready renewed with intasure now for £145 , I phoned round loads of company's and couldn't even get a quote from anyone else , so just renewed , had a couple of insurers say there has been a lot of claims lately so they weren't taking on any new policy's of this type, I think heartland may have been one of them , is it you !!

Here's another company to try, John F Whippy - ask for Gavin or Joanne. We always recommended them to our customers and they looked after us for the last three years. Premiums very sensible and they fully understand the vending business.
