If anyone has any sites/rounds for sale in the following areas can you PM please.

Redditch/Stratford/Warwick/Leamington/Worcester/Hereford.

Also if anyone is looking in the Cheltenham/Gloucester area a mate of mine could be selling up-just too far for me.

How much would you be willing to pay per machine in one of these areas if they are averaging over £40.00 per site nearly every machine on commission? Have around 25 machines in worcester and redditch.

Lee....my experience is that Malcolm isn't willing to pay anything and there's absolutely zero trust and a lot of back-sliding so good luck trying to do a deal at a sensible price!

Hi Mike,
I am somewhat bemused by your comments. The professional approach would have been to PM me or discuss your issues during one of our pointless telephone conversations around selling / exchanging of sites, rather than publish years later on the forum.
I have only had the following dealings with yourself:
• You desperately needed a 720C key for one of your sweet machines. I met you in Leamington to give you a spare one to resolve your problem (free of charge).
• On a number of occasions I discussed with you about you installing machines in my existing sites. Each time you said it was an accident.
• We both put in an offer to buy a round in Stratford. Although my offer was less than yours, the vendor sold it to me as he did not want to deal with yourself. His words not mine. A contributing factor to this may have been the fact that you had also installed machines in his existing sites.
• You were selling your rounds as you didn’t want to continue with vending. I asked you how much you wanted for your rounds. Your response was “which area would you be interested in as you can’t afford the lot?” With the greatest respect Mike, you do not have access to my bank accounts so have absolutely no idea what I can, or cannot, afford!!
I have purchased several rounds and equipment from vendors in the past which I have always paid more than “zero” for and never had any issues. In fact I have kept in contact with some of these people. The purchase price I offer is irrelevant as the vendor can reject the offer if he / she so wishes.
Finally Mike, it pains me to respond on the forum to your posting as I don’t think it’s professional to to air your dirty washing in this way. Aside from this, I always think vocal communication achieves better results than hiding behind email / forum postings. This will therefore be my final response to your posting however, I am more than happy to discuss by phone or face to face your comments around zero trust and back sliding as again I have no idea what you are referring to.
