Honey I have shrunk the Toblerone!!

Post by Shropvend »

Wow just received the latest batch of toberone and they are tiny...

4 tubes instead of 3 so not sure whether that is good or bad. Anyone else got these or was it just me.

I got mine today, I havent checked but they sound like the same as Farm Foods were selling last week dirt cheap. If they are the same 4 of them isnt enough, I was putting 5 in.

I tried these last Christmas when Tesco had them on offer, went quite well, and were a nice alternative to the all milk ones. I would suggest four would look a bit silly though! Where did you get them from?

It would be nice to know if this is just a temporary change due to supply difficulties, or a permanent change for whatever reason?
I don't think I could put a tub containing 4 of the small ones in my tower without feeling like Dick Turpin! :problem:

Has anyone got an old and new box they could weigh to measure the difference?

You beat me to it Andy. I was going to suggest someone find out the weight for both.

If I get chance to do it tomorrow I will as I think the reject bin in my lockup has some of the small ones in the bottom. Really busy this weekend with political stuff though!

We have our party conference tomorrow in Doncaster, so I'm going to be there all weekend helping to man the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire stand!
