Landlord leaving - remove machines?
I always struggle with this. I have just had a call from a landlord, hes leaving tomorrow and a holding company are taking over. Sweets, Pringles and toys, sites worth about £200pm. Do I remove and hope I can get back in or leave them there and hope they dont dissapear in the move?

Call the landlord before he leaves and say that you may not get there for a few days to sound him out. Find out who is coming into the pub and when and ask the current landlord if your equipment will be safe.
Ask if the pub is going to stay open. If closing for a refurb get your equipment out quick.
Such a shame to lose such a good site Andy.

I cash up and say I'm awaiting a stock order thus giving me an excuse to go back asap as new Land Lord arrives I do lose the odd machine but good sites are worth the risk

Forgot to add this minimising the risk of losing stock and cash and makes the machines less desirable to go missing

I would take all but your cheapest machine out, and put a note inside machine saying please call for refill and more machines
