Hi Steve

His expectations are too high in a saturated area. No matter who the siter is, if the sites are not there no one can get them.

You can always do it yourself. Im in a saturated area, got 4 good ones last week in a two hour session. Local knowledge makes it easier. Its just about being brave enough to pick the phone up.

I agree Andy and you do have the skill to get them too. When operators employ me or buy my time, I can only deliver on what I am able to get on the day when the calls are made. When I'm working in areas that I have already covered for many other operators, captured lots of sites, there isn't a lot that I can do. There are still lots of great sites out there and it's luck on the day that you get to speak with the right person at the time of the call, there are also a lot of clubs etc who only open evenings or limited opening during the day.

Hi Everyone,

I would like to thank you all for your time and responding to my questions!
After many weeks of browsing the forums and reading the backlog of posts in my free time, I am going to wait out the new pound coin roll out and invest in vending afterwards.

Whether I go independent or 'Franchised' is another matter, but I am still looking into the profitability of both.
