Hi Ade,

I had the same problem a few years back, I had a feeling it was the staff. I had a quiet word with the person working at the time of my visit. Very friendly none confrontational. I just said I'd noticed a lot in there and will have to take it out if it continues, so can she help me out and keep an eye on customers using it for me. It went from 20-30 tokens in 60-70 vends to none in a single visit. I'm guessing she just told people working there that it was getting out of hand and I'd noticed etc etc.

If you're planning to take it out anyway you've got nothing to lose.

Jay.
