Re: Social distancing in pubs
I don't know if the ones I've seen are what people would call organised exactly, organised enough to bring their own pop up goals but not part of any local league or anything, just a bunch of lads having a game but eff all social distancing. Loads of it going on here, big groups all sitting around drinking and chatting. Almost all teenagers or early 20's, doesn't really affect them so a lot of them don't care

Hi
Its Lee @ The Mill,Thatcham
I would like you to come remove your machines...
The reason for this the amount of money I get doesn't pay for the amount of cleaning 1 needs to do over time...
As of opening they will be put out the back so pick up asap please....
Cheers Lee
Trying to stay positive but brace for the onslaught

Re: Social distancing in pubs
im expecting that from some, makes you laugh as their own bar more at risk of carrying covid than a sweet machine. they going to rip the bar out?
i have created a sticker saying `this machine is cleaned with antibacterial cleaner`
hopefully most will have the brains to see through the propoganda.

Hi Ross,
re. 'Lee at the mill Thatcham' He's just given you his reason? Overcome this 'objection' and you still have a chance to keep the site.
I'm getting the phone calls too, be prepared for upto 20% site loss.
All the best, Pete

Re: Social distancing in pubs
one of my sites explained all the staff are on an hourly cleaning rota, so all staff take it in turns to wipe everywhere down, as he put it, `couple of vending machines makes no difference at all` ive actually installed extra machines last week. i do expect to lose some though

Re: Social distancing in pubs
Lost a tanning salon today, they are clearing out everything not essential to the main business, including their jewellery counter and even the tanning products display case etc
Ordered some zoono and having some stickers made up to say the tower is safe for up to 30 days, hopefully that will stem the attrition rate on the higher turn over sites that I visit at least every 30 days and can then refresh the coating.
