Necta & Nayax Issue

Evening all,

I’ve been made aware that one of my sites that has an older Snakky is vending items free of charge since we added Nayax.

I don’t want to explain this glitch step by step as it could be a disaster if word gets out. You can message me directly and I’ll explain the procedure but it’s best it’s not on a public page.

We had a full machine emptied in a day with very few sales.

I’ve tried this out on several of our machines and it seems to be mostly older boards on Rondo’s & Snakky. We’ve found 3 machines that this works on so far.

Anyone noticed this or managed to fix it?

On some n&w you have to program different price modes when you install a card reader ie cash on program 1 card on program 2 ensure all price programs 0,1,2 & 3 are programmed same price, or change prices 1,2 & 3 to 1p 2p 3p then you can find out which program card reader is using.
