Problem with machine, need urgent help!

Hi guys, my first ever machine is going into location on Monday.

I have a crane cascade multi vend. It has a Nayax machine that works great.

I have a very big issue though… the machine is set to “exact change only” why is this?? The change slot only has a few coins in. Does this need to be at a certain level?

The other issue is that the “coin return” button doesn’t seem to work? Are these issues related? The previous owner says the change return worked fine.

Am I missing something obvious here?

Nice easy one, it has no change in the coin mech or the coin mech is knackered. Probably no change though.

Put about £2.50 in 5ps £5 in 10ps £5 in 20ps £10 in 50ps

Ok great, I will put some coins in and see if that fixes it :)

So the coin return doesn’t seem to work. If I Insert my coins and press the return coin button nothing happens?

Will this have something to do with the machine being in “use exact change only” mode?

It wont give change unless you make a purchase if force vend is switched on which it usually is. You need to check rejectors are working on the mech also
