Meeting a site
ok so ive been invited to speak with the manager of a venue who seems to like the idea of a tomy capsule machine but im kinda nervous now as this will be my first ... is there anything i should expect or take with me or will it just be a general chat

Take a picture of the machine and some sample capsules, maybe a brochure showing the range of products available, but don't let them choose! As for general chat depends how the lead was set up and what you have already said? I would go in and explain what you are offering and the service they should expect. Good luck

I've downloaded photos of machines on to Ipad, seems to work well. Also take a few display cards as well as samples. Find out if she has kids and ages, a couple of freebies will not only help you get in but also start to build a relationship for the future.

when i empty the machine they want to put the commission through their system would i just pay them the cash and how would i do it would i need a form or invoice book and how would i do it ? sorry for all the questions just want to make sure i get it right

The correct way to do it is they actually invoice you, maybe put it through the till as commission, that way you can claim back VAT
