I have an agreement, by invitation, with the new landlord of The Happy Landing. When I went in there there were no agreement with anyone else or othere machines in situ. You are therefore quite wrong to suggest that I poached the site from you. If you had an agreement with the previous landlord then that would have lapsed when they left. I can only assume that you must have removed you machines from site when they left.

Pete,
It`s a bit more complicated than that as you very well know as they tend to get stolen or damaged when tennants change so leaving them in is not a safe option especially as the pub was to be shut for an undetermined time.
The new people wanted towers so would have took mine back obviously, as i went in the very day (within an hour) of the brewery calling me to let me know they were open again and low and behold they told me although no machines were there at present and they did want some they already had another operator supplying them.
Which ever way you look at it the site was mine for about 4 years until your towers went in whether you meant to or knowingly poached it is another question but you still pushed in where another operator already operated and still in fact has venders installed in the washrooms of that site.
Need I say more.... I think not.
wow....
this is my local simon and the landlady that was kicked out didnt want any machines in there as i asked for you.. she was thrown out and the new lot had these machines in off of pete before i even know anything about it..
one thing i will say and i work alot with pete he has not poached this site at all,he would never do that ..i would but he wouldnt as i have asked if he wants me to kick other vendors out of some pubs that i know well,he has always said no so i trust you will take that back..
go in and have a word with the new land lords and she will tell you the same as i have..i know this as i have spkn to her about it and i was the one that got pete in to their original pub(the black dog in ashford).. she wanted to stay with pete because he has looked after them for quite a while now..
i am not having a go at you here mate but just because you had the pub before(you hadnt had machines in there for maybe 7 or 8 mnth either) you cant call that ''your pub'' mate.
